We have given our customer portal a refresh, and we wanted to walk you through what has changed and why. The aim was straightforward: make the everyday things you need to do quicker to find and simpler to complete, without adding clutter. If you have logged in recently, you will already have noticed a cleaner layout. If you have not, here is what to expect.
The portal is where you manage your company’s loan day to day, so small frustrations there add up. We spent time watching how people actually use it, listened to feedback from our support team, and focused the redesign on the handful of tasks that come up most often. We did not set out to add features for the sake of it; we set out to make the things you already do quicker and less fiddly.
What you can do in the portal
The refreshed portal brings the key tasks to the front, so you spend less time hunting for them:
- Track your loan. See your balance, your next payment date and your full repayment schedule at a glance, with the figures matching your Business Loan Agreement.
- Sign documents. Review and sign your paperwork securely online, with clear prompts so you know what you are agreeing to before you sign.
- Make a payment. Pay in a few steps, or set things up so regular payments are handled for you. You can also reach payment options from our make a payment page.
- Download statements. Get your statements whenever you need them, for your records or your accountant.

What has actually changed
The biggest change is clarity. The dashboard now leads with the information people check most: what you owe, when the next payment is due, and what is outstanding. Document signing has been simplified so the steps are obvious and nothing important is buried. And we have made the whole thing work better on a phone, because a lot of you manage your finances on the move.
We also tidied up the language. Where a screen used to use a technical term, it now says what it means. That is part of the wider work we are doing across everything we send you.
The same portal, on the web and the app
You can reach your account through the web portal or through our mobile app, and the refreshed design carries across both. Whichever you prefer, you are looking at the same up-to-date information about your company’s loan, so you can switch between them without losing track.
Security has not been forgotten
A cleaner design does not mean a less careful one. Your account is still protected by the same security checks, and we will never ask you, by email or text, for the full credentials you use to log in. If a message ever asks you to do something that feels off, do not act on it; log in directly through our website or app instead, and check our guidance on spotting scams that pretend to be from us.
