What services does CM Beyer offer in Australia?
We operate three divisions in Australia — CMB Insight (marketing strategy and research), CMB Amplify (advertising and creative), and CMB Core (business management consulting). We also deliver direct-to-consumer sales programmes under the Australian Consumer Law framework. See our CMB Insight, CMB Amplify and CMB Core pages for detail.
How do I request a proposal?
Use the Proposal Request form or email contact@cmbeyer.com.au. We will arrange an initial conversation to understand your needs, followed by a written proposal with defined scope, deliverables, and fixed AUD pricing.
Are you registered for GST?
As a newly established subsidiary we are progressing GST registration with the ATO and will publish our ABN here once issued. Invoices issued before GST registration will be GST-free.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. Our Australian clients range from early-stage startups to established SMEs. We structure engagements to be proportionate to the client's size and budget. Most engagements start from approximately A$3,500 for a defined-scope project; ongoing retained support typically starts from A$1,500 per month.
How is my information handled under the Privacy Act?
We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy. You can request access or correction at any time by emailing privacy@cmbeyer.com.au.
How do I raise a complaint?
Use the Complaint form or email support@cmbeyer.com.au. We acknowledge complaints within 14 days and aim to resolve them within 30 days. Privacy complaints may also be escalated to the OAIC.
Where are you based?
Our Australian office is at Suite 1146, Unit 5, 7 Eden Park Drive, Macquarie Park NSW 2113, Australia. Our UK parent CM Beyer Limited is at Suite 53C Unimix House, Abbey Road, London NW10 7TR.
Can you handle work across APAC, not just Australia?
Yes. Our Sydney base gives us reasonable access to time zones across the APAC region. We have delivered work for clients in New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong from the Australian entity. Where local regulatory expertise is required (for example, financial services advertising in Singapore), we partner with local specialists.
