CM Beyer Australia Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the Australian subsidiary of CM Beyer Limited and is the entity responsible for handling personal information collected through this website and through our Australian operations.

We do not routinely collect sensitive informationUnder APP 3.3, sensitive information includes information about racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, criminal record, and health information. Sensitive information has stricter collection rules than other personal information. as defined under the Privacy Act 1988. If we ever need to, we will get your consent first, as APP 3.3 requires.

Overseas Transfers
Our parent company, CM Beyer Limited (UK), may receive or access some of the personal information we collect. So may service providers outside Australia — for example, hosting providers in the EU.
When we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure the overseas recipient handles the information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, as APP 8 requires. The United Kingdom maintains a data protection framework comparable to the Australian one.
Children's Information
Our services are for businesses and business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 15.
