Expanding our support hours

We have some practical news that we hope will make a real difference: we are extending the hours our customer support team is available. Having grown the team earlier in the year, we are now able to keep our phones and messages staffed for longer, so it is easier to reach a real person at a time that works for you.

This is a small change on paper, but a meaningful one in practice. Business does not only happen between nine and five, and questions about money rarely wait politely for office hours. Many directors run their company alongside everything else in their lives, fitting admin into early mornings, late evenings and the gaps in a busy day. Extending our availability means fewer occasions when you need help and find the door closed.

What is changing

We are widening the window during which you can reach our support team, including earlier in the day and later into the evening on weekdays, with cover at additional times so that more of your working day is matched by ours. The exact hours are published on our contact page, which we keep up to date, so that is always the place to check before you get in touch.

The aim is simple. Whether you have a quick question before applying, need to sort out a payment, or want to talk through a difficult patch, we want you to reach someone who can help without having to plan your day around it.

Self-service is always on

Just as importantly, a great deal does not need our office to be open at all. Our portal and app are available around the clock, so you can do the everyday things whenever it suits you, day or night:

  • Check your balance and your next payment date.
  • Make a payment or set one up.
  • Sign documents securely.
  • Download statements for your records or your accountant.

Help when things are hard, whenever you are ready

We know that worries about money often surface late at night, when our phones may be closed. You do not have to wait for the right moment to start. Our online forms are available at any time, so if a repayment is going to be a struggle you can tell us straight away, and the right team will pick it up.
